  3. Tours and Excursions: Guided tours and excursions to various destinations in and around Marrakech

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Making a Reservation

When you make a reservation through our Website, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information, including full name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and times
  2. For airport transfers, provide accurate flight information (flight number, airline, arrival/departure times)
  3. Ensure all passengers’ information is accurate
  4. Review and confirm all details before completing your reservation

4.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete information
  2. Unavailability of service
  3. Suspected fraud or abuse
  4. Violation of these Terms

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after a reservation has been confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment through the methods specified on our Website. Payment may be required:

  1. At the time of booking (full payment or deposit)
  2. Upon service completion (cash payment to driver)
  3. As otherwise agreed upon in writing

5.2 Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and are subject to our Cancellation Policy (Section 6). Approved refunds will be processed within 80% business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Transfer Services

  1. 24-48 hours before service: 80% refund
  2. Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
  3. No-show: No refund

6.2 Tours and Excursions

  1. 24-48 hours before service: 80% refund
  2. Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
  3. No-show: No refund

6.3 Modifications

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

7. Service Terms – Transfer Services

When booking a transfer service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Pickup Times: Estimated pickup times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  2. Flight Monitoring: For airport transfers, we monitor flight status, but delays may affect pickup times. We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations
  3. Waiting Time: Standard waiting time after flight arrival. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges
  4. Luggage: You are responsible for your luggage. We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft unless caused by our gross negligence
  5. Passenger Capacity: You must accurately specify the number of passengers and luggage. Additional passengers or excess luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost
  6. Route Changes: You may request route changes, but additional charges may apply for significant deviations
  7. No-Show: If you fail to appear at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, the service will be considered completed and no refund will be issued

8. Service Terms – Tours and Excursions

When booking a tour or excursion, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control
  2. Safety: You must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund
  3. Health Requirements: Some tours may require a certain level of physical fitness. You are responsible for assessing your ability to participate
  4. Required Documents: You must bring all required documents (ID, permits, etc.) as specified in the tour description
  5. Age Restrictions: Age restrictions may apply to certain tours. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  6. Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who pose a safety risk
  7. Weather: Tours may be canceled due to severe weather conditions. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option
  8. Group Size: Tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled with a full refund

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Transfert Marrakech or its content suppliers and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws.
